A few kilometers from the agritourism you can discover the Natural Park of Maremma (Park dell’Uccellina), a true paradise on earth, which extends along the coast between Principina a Mare and Talamone. The park includes within it different and beautiful natural environments: the Uccellina mountains, the last stretch of the river Ombrone, the beaches starting from the mouth of the Ombrone to Cala di Forno. The nature, wildlife and the monuments are the natural attractions of the park, with the possibility of: guided tours, canoe tours, riding tours, night tours, carriage tours, mountain bike tours, birdwatching.

Between Castiglione della Pescaia and Grosseto, lies the natural reserve Diaccia Botrona, a marshy area that for centuries has played a very important role in the history and evolution of the Maremma area. The area Diaccia Botrona is one of the most important in Italy, as it possesses a rare and significant ecosystem that is home to an incredible variety of living organisms, both plant and animal. It ‘a real “gene bank” that gives a great contribution to the maintenance of the biodiversity of the area.

Tuscany is a land rich in thermal springs, around which often were built modern health centers. From the farm, in less than an hour’s drive you can reach the Terme di Saturnia, open all year round and recently named as the best spa in the world, as well as the Terme di Venturina, Sorano, Bagno Vignoni, the Terme of San Filippo.

For lovers of nature trails, it is worth visiting the Orbetello lagoon, WWF oasis of international importance, which is home to a rich variety of flora and fauna. The lagoon, the Mediterranean, the coastal dunes, meadows, pine forest constitute an optimal environment for a multitude of birds (such as flamingos, knight of Italy, great white egret, gray heron, ospreys, spoonbills and spatulas).
